PROCESSING TIME
  • 1-3 business days. Excludes weekends and holidays.
  • Does not include shipping time
    • Shipping time is transit time. This is the time it takes the carrier to get the package from our warehouse to your doorstep. This varies by your location. 
  • We cannot edit an order once it has been placed.
  • We do not combine orders once they are placed.
DAMAGED // MISSING // DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • A photo and a description of the issue will be required.
  • A photo of your packing slip is required.
  • Items must be in new, undecorated condition. If the item is altered in any way, there will be no refund or replacement issued. Be sure to inspect your items before decorating them.
  • Damaged or defective items must still be in your possession.
  • We will offer replacements if the item(s) that you have received are incorrect, missing or damaged. Requesting a replacement will initiate a replacement order that will include the same item(s) as your original order. We are not able to offer any style, color, size swap or exchange requests via replacement orders. A photo of your packing slip will be required.
  • You can request a refund instead of a replacement. 
  • If the damaged/missing/defective item is out of stock, a credit or refund will be provided.
RETURNS
  • 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • In order to return, you must initiate the return within 72 hours of marked delivery
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns
  • We do not process returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise.
    Be sure to inspect your items before decorating them.
  • We do not provide cash refunds

  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
      • We do not accept returns on discontinued/close-out/sale items
      • We do not accept returns on merchandise that is purchased at a discounted rate
      • We do not accept returns or issue refunds on digital products
SHIPPING
  • Once your package has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. 
  • Be sure you have a secure delivery location. 
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses - please be sure to double check your shipping address prior to payment. Once your order is placed, we cannot edit your shipping information. 
  • Route 50 Blanks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
  • If there is a delay with your delivery, it is best to contact the carrier for the most accurate information. 
  • Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order.
  • Free shipping* automatically applies to orders over $200.
    *This free shipping perk is only available on our direct website. We do not offer free shipping on other platforms.
    LOCAL PICK UP ORDERS
    • Our location is open for order pickup Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. central time.
    • We are CLOSED FRIDAY
    • We will contact you via the email address on your order when the order is ready to be picked up. Please do not arrive prior to receiving this email, or your order may not be ready.
